Section 4 of the workflow builder is a list of switches. Turn one on and MsgOrb answers that question automatically when a member replies. Several of them ask you to type the answer.

|---|---|---|
| Time / Date answers | *What time?* | The time and date |

How long they stay active
Answers run for 24 hours after each send, matching the WhatsApp customer-service window. Set Stop answering at to end them earlier — useful when the event has already happened.
Quick-reply buttons
The Quick-reply buttons field in section 3 takes up to three comma-separated labels, for example YES, Can't make it, More info. They appear as tappable buttons so a member replies with one tap, and each tap opens their 24-hour window.
Held attachments
A flier attached in section 3 is not pushed out with the announcement. It is released when a member asks for it using a media word — *flier*, *flyer*, *poster*, *brochure*, *leaflet*, *pamphlet*, *picture*, *photo* or *image*. Asking *what is the programme?* returns the programme answer as text instead, not the file.
