Dashboard
Dashboard is the top-level view: active workflows, notifications processed in the last 30 days, delivery health as a percentage of accepted sends, and queue latency — the age of the oldest waiting message. A growing queue latency means the dispatcher is behind or blocked.
Campaigns
Campaigns groups messages by the announcement that produced them. Use it to answer *did this announcement go out, and to how many people*. Filter by Active, Scheduled, Completed or Needs attention.
Delivery and Queue Health
Delivery and Queue Health is the per-message view: every outbound message with its status, timestamps for sent, delivered and read, the message text and Meta's error detail. Filter by status, search by phone number, and page through the history. It also counts inbound replies received.
Inbox
Inbox shows conversations rather than deliveries — one thread per number, with the member's name resolved where MsgOrb can attribute it.
A failed send is shown in the Inbox as a red bubble reading Not delivered, followed by the reason Meta gave, so a thread of rejected sends cannot be mistaken for a healthy conversation. Use the Delivery page when you need the full history, timestamps and filters.
