Why do I need a template at all?
WhatsApp does not allow a business to start a conversation in free text. Meta reviews the wording first. Once the recipient replies, you have 24 hours in which anything is allowed.
How long does template approval take?
Usually fifteen to thirty minutes, occasionally a day or two when a human reviews it. Meta does not notify MsgOrb, so click Sync Status on Templates to pull the result.
Can I edit a campaign after queueing it?
Not in place. You can cancel the messages that have not gone out — open the campaign from Campaigns and use Cancel N unsent messages — then build the workflow again with the changes you want.
Can I resend the messages that failed?
Yes. Open the campaign and use Retry N failed messages. Only the failed ones are re-queued, so nobody receives it twice. Fix the underlying cause first — a message that failed because the template is unapproved or the 24-hour window is closed will simply fail again.
Can I send to everyone at once?
Every workflow targets one group. To reach everybody, keep one group that holds all your contacts, or run the workflow once per group.
Why did only some people receive it?
Open the campaign in Campaigns. Failure reasons are grouped and counted there. The usual cause of a partial send is a mixture of open and closed 24-hour windows on a free-form message.
Can I attach a flier?
Yes, up to 16MB. It is held back and delivered when a member asks for it by replying with a word like *flier* or *photo* — say so in your message. See Smart Auto-Replies.
What happens if I schedule a repeat and then want it to stop?
Occurrences are queued up front, so set a Repeat until date when you create it. Without one, MsgOrb queues up to 52 occurrences.
Does a contact who replies STOP come back automatically?
No. WhatsApp policy is that the person must start the conversation again themselves. MsgOrb has no re-opt-in action.
